The Employee Benefits Account Manager/Employee Benefits Consultant is responsible for the day-to-day management of an assigned block of employee benefits clients. As an account manager and benefits consultant, this position is responsible for solving complex customer service issues, preparing RFPs, working with insurance markets on plan design and pricing, developing and recommending benefit funding strategies, developing and recommending benefit plan designs, maintaining data integrity, and taking the lead on renewals. The Employee Benefits Account Manager/Employee Benefits Consultant serves as the client’s primary point of contact for all issues and services related to the account.

The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Engineering and Fresh Channel Operations is responsible to lead the planning, design and implementation of new manufacturing and warehousing operations, deliver savings by driving efficiency and cost reduction initiatives at the Fresh Channel vendor partners/cross dock facilities, and support new business integrations across the supply chain network. Manage the overall execution and financial performance to budget of the Fresh Channel operation in both Mid-Atlantic & Florida.
