Viewing a team member's habit scores

Managers and admins can open a team member's profile and select a habit to see their habit score, behavior breakdown, improvement tips, follow-up feedback, trend and feedback providers.

As a manager, you can look at how each person on your team is doing on a habit, behavior by behavior. Admins can do the same for anyone in the organization.

Open a team member's habit

  1. Open the person's profile, for example from your Team Dashboard or by selecting their name.
  2. In their Habits card, select a habit.

You land on that habit's page for that person. Use Back to [name]'s Profile at the top to return. To switch to another of their habits, use the habit selector at the top of the Habit Score card.

What the page shows

On larger screens, a menu on the right jumps between sections.

  • Habit Score: their score for the habit and each behavior in it. Select a behavior to focus on it. Locked habits do not show a score yet; see Why your habit score has not appeared yet.
  • Habit Improvement: tips for the selected behavior, useful talking points for your next one-on-one.
  • Follow-Up Feedback: any written follow-up feedback they have requested on this habit.
  • Habit Trend: how the score has moved over time.
  • Feedback Providers: how many people rate them on this habit, the share of Don't Know answers (Don't Know Swipes), and the people in their circle.

A high Don't Know share often means some providers do not work closely enough with the person. That is worth a conversation about who is in their circle.

What you do not see

Scores are always combined. You see how a behavior scores overall, never which provider gave which rating.
