If you want to improve you have three options.
1. Check out the Improvement section
Click on any gauge on your main dashboard to get to the Deep Dive
On the next page scroll down to the How to Improve section. Here you will find various tips and tricks and advice to improve your habits and skills.
2. Get Follow-Up Feedback
Keep scrolling on the Deep Dive page to get additional, written feedback. Your feedback providers will be prompted to write in more detail how you can improve.

3. Take our free online course (15 minutes)
Our free online course takes about 15-20, and you will learn how to reach out to your feedback providers and lead an insightful conversation. We will teach you how to ask questions and get actionable advice.
