Managing your team's feedback circles

Each person's feedback circle is the group of people who give them feedback. A healthy circle means habits unlock and feedback keeps flowing. Circles lets you check and fix your team's circles in one place.

Managers see the people they manage. Admins see everyone they are allowed to view.

Open Circles

In the left menu, under My Team, click Circles. You will see everyone in scope, each with a ring that shows their circle's health, from Forming through Established and Strong. A circle marked Overloaded has more people in it than it needs.
