Sending a suggestion from your feedback cards
Sometimes your feedback deck includes a card asking how your organization could improve your employee experience. Type an idea and select Send, or select Skip. Your name is not attached.
Now and then, your weekly deck on the Feedback page includes a suggestion card. It asks how your organization could improve your employee experience.
Send a suggestion from the card
- Type your idea in the box. The placeholder asks you to share your thoughts, feelings or ideas about how to make your organization better.
- Select Send. Or select Skip if nothing comes to mind; the card leaves your deck either way.
The card notes Your response will be anonymous. Suggestions sent from this card are always anonymous: admins see the suggestion but not who sent it, and they cannot reply to you about it.
Want a reply? Use the Suggestions card instead
If you would like someone to be able to follow up with you, send your idea from the Suggestions card on your home dashboard. There you can switch Send anonymously off so it reads Sending as you, and your name is included. See Sending and responding to suggestions.
Who reads suggestions
Suggestions are reviewed by admins in your organization under their suggestions inbox. Suggestions sent from a feedback card do not trigger an email to the people your admins chose to notify, so they are picked up when an admin next checks the inbox.
