Why you have no feedback cards right now
When your deck is empty, the Feedback page says you are all caught up and shows when your next cards are expected. New cards arrive on your organization's schedule.
An empty Feedback page is good news: you have answered everything waiting for you. Engage shows You're all caught up!
What the page tells you
- If you just finished your deck, you see Nice work clearing your queue. If there was nothing waiting when you arrived, you see New cards arrive each week. Check back soon.
- Below that, Next cards expected and a date tells you when your next deck is due. If nothing is scheduled yet, it says No cards are scheduled yet.
- If you have a streak going, your week streak (and your longest streak, when it is higher) appear here, along with the points you have earned if your organization uses points.

While you're here
Under While you're here you get shortcuts to keep going, such as Review recent answers, My habits, My goals, Send a high five, Leaderboard or spending your points. Which ones appear depends on what your organization has turned on.
If your organization uses Lead360
If your organization runs Lead360, the caught-up message appears in a simpler panel under the Feedback heading, with the same While you're here shortcuts below it.
Still expecting cards?
Cards go out on the days your organization has scheduled, so there can be gaps of a week or more. If you think cards are missing:
- Check the date under Next cards expected.
- Make sure you have feedback providers and habits set up. See How to build your feedback circle and manage habits.
- Ask your Engage admin whether your account is set to receive feedback and engagement cards.
