Lead360º is Humareso's 360-degree leadership feedback tool. It gathers input from the people who work most closely with a leader and turns that input into a clear, structured picture of strengths and growth areas.
The goal is simple. Help leaders see themselves the way their teams, peers, and managers see them, then give them a practical path to grow.
The multi-rater model
Lead360º uses a multi-rater, or 360-degree, approach. Instead of feedback coming from a single source, it is collected from several perspectives around a leader. This rounded view tends to be more balanced and more useful than any one opinion on its own.
To encourage honest input, raters' feedback is anonymous. That candor is what makes the results worth acting on.

A standard engagement survey measures how people feel about the organization. Lead360º focuses specifically on an individual leader's competencies, drawing on multiple raters to build a development-focused picture of that one person.
