How to Understand Your Lead360 Emails
A plain guide to every Lead360 email participants, feedback providers and administrators receive, and when each one arrives.
Lead360 sends emails at each step so nobody has to remember what comes next. This guide lists each email, who gets it, and when.
Before You Begin
- Emails come from Humareso on behalf of your organization.
- Reminder emails go out on weekday mornings, Eastern Time.
- Most reminders stop as soon as you finish the step they ask about.
Emails Participants Receive
Setup
- Set up your profile. Sent when your administrator invites you. See How to Set Up Your Lead360 Profile.
- Setup reminder. Weekdays until you finish setup.
Self-assessment
- Start your self-assessment. Weekdays until you complete it. See How to Complete Your Lead360 Self-Assessment.
While feedback is collected
- Weekly update. About once a week, a progress or score update. It continues through your final reflection.
Results
- Initial results are ready. Weekdays until you view them.
- Final results are ready. Weekdays until you view them. Viewing them completes your 360. See How to Read Your Lead360 Results.
Emails Feedback Providers Receive
- Feedback request. Sent on a weekday after a colleague adds you. If several colleagues add you, one email lists them all. See How to Give Lead360 Feedback to a Colleague.
- Feedback reminder. Sent when the participant or an administrator sends a reminder.
- Weekly feedback cards. About once a week while the program runs.
Feedback requests go out only while the participant is collecting feedback. They are not sent during setup or after final results.
Emails Administrators Send
- Setup invitations. See How to Send Lead360 Setup Invitations.
- Provider reminders. From a participant’s detail page. See How to Follow Up With a Lead360 Participant and Their Feedback Providers.
What You’ll See
Each email has one button that takes you straight to the right page in Engage.
Common Scenarios
- Too many reminders. Finish the step the email asks about and the reminders stop.
- A cohort is closed but emails continue. Emails follow each participant’s end date, not the cohort status.
Tips
- Add Humareso to your safe senders list so emails do not land in spam.
- Administrators cannot change the reminder schedule in Engage. Contact Humareso if reminders need to be paused.
Troubleshooting
I never received an email.
Check spam, then confirm your email address in Engage is correct. Ask your administrator to resend.
