Accepting an invitation to give someone Lead360 feedback
When a colleague in a Lead360 review asks for your feedback, the invitation link opens a page explaining how it works. Select Start giving feedback to accept and go to your cards.
When a colleague is going through a Lead360 review, they choose people to give them feedback. If they choose you, you get an email invitation. The link takes you to a page in Engage that explains what happens next.
Accept the invitation
- Open the link in your invitation email and sign in if asked.
- The page tells you who asked, for example Jordan asked for your feedback. If several people asked, they are all named.
- Read Here's how it works:
- You answer a short set of cards about how they show up at work. Swipe or tap to respond.
- It takes about five minutes.
- Your ratings are anonymous. They are pooled with everyone else's and shown only as a group, never on their own.
- There are no wrong answers.
- Select Start giving feedback.
That one button accepts every invitation waiting for you, so you do not need to accept them one by one. Engage then takes you to your Feedback page with the cards ready.
If the page says you are all caught up
If there are no invitations waiting (for example, you already accepted), you see You're all caught up with the date your next cards are expected. Select Go to your dashboard to continue.
If you see We couldn't load your invitations, select Try again in a moment.
Answering the cards
The cards work like any other feedback card. Choose Often, Sometimes, Rarely or Don't Know for each behavior. See Answering your weekly feedback cards.
