There’s one case page now, and it composes itself around who you are on that case. Two things decide what you get: your role on the case, and your company’s view mode (Summary or Detail).
The three ways you reach a case
- A participant — You’re named on the case — its manager, requestor, or HR Partner. — Open the fuller view: status, timeline, balances, and (if you’re the HR Partner) documents and the thread. Fill a data card assigned to you.
- An overseer — Not named, but it’s an in-scope company case and your org is in Detail mode. — Read-only oversight for coverage awareness, with a link back to your dashboard.
- Without access — A case outside your company, or — in Summary mode — one you aren’t named on. — The case doesn’t open.
Personal involvement always wins: if you’re named on a case you’re a participant, even in Summary mode. Oversight is the extra reach Detail mode gives a manager over cases they aren’t personally on.
Medical detail is redacted unless you’re the HR Partner
Only the case’s designated HR Partner (Client) (plus the employee and the Humareso team) sees clinical free-text. For every other client viewer it’s stripped out on the server. You still see status, dates, and program approvals; the determination summary, eligibility and extension reasons, time-off notes, thread, and documents are withheld, marked with a “Restricted — visible to the HR Partner and Leave team only” note.
One note on messages
The case’s message thread is the private conversation between the employee and Humareso. Even as the HR Partner you can read it but not post into it — reach the team with Message us, which starts a thread on your side.
