You can record time off (PTO) against an employee’s case — the paid time your company applies alongside their protected leave. This keeps your paid-time record next to the entitlement math the Humareso team maintains.
Who can log PTO
- The case’s HR Partner (Client).
- A manager with company oversight — that is, when your company is in Detail view mode and the case is in your location scope.
Plain managers or requestors who are only named on a case (not the HR Partner, no company oversight) don’t get the editor — logging PTO is an HR action.
Steps
- Open the employee’s case from your dashboard.
- Find the time-off editor and add an entry: type, dates, and hours.
- Save. Repeat for each block of paid time.
Notes are treated as medical detail. The free-text notes field on a time-off entry is visible only to the HR Partner and the leave team; it’s redacted for everyone else. Keep clinical specifics out of it unless you’re the HR Partner and it belongs on the record.
