Sign in at leave.humareso.com and you land on your Dashboard. There’s now one dashboard for everyone; it builds itself from the sections that apply to you, so if you’re a manager who is also out on your own leave, you see both. Sections appear in this order:
- Your leave — appears first if you have a case of your own. Personal leave is time-sensitive, so it leads even for a manager.
- Your company — the org roll-up. Inside it:
- “Action needed from you” — cases waiting on your input (usually eligibility data: hire date, hours worked). This is the one panel you truly have to check. Empty panel, nothing owed.
- Stat cards — total, active, and closed case counts.
- The case body, per your company’s view mode: Summary (default) shows a cases-by-status table with no names; Detail shows the full named table — employee, reason, status, dates, assigned Humareso agent — with Active / All / Closed tabs.
- Cases you’re supporting — a standalone list of cases you’re named on but don’t have the company roll-up for (e.g. a view-only requestor). If you have the company section, these already appear there, so this list is hidden.
Click any case number to open it: dates, status timeline, the shared document list, and the case’s data-collection card if it needs something from you. In Summary mode you can open cases you’re personally named on; Detail mode also lets you open in-scope company cases you aren’t named on. Either way, medical detail is redacted unless you’re the case’s HR Partner.
Why can’t I see medical details? By design — see Privacy: who sees what. Dates, status, and approvals are all you need to plan coverage.
