Creating a pulse survey in Engage

A pulse is a short question delivered to your people as a swipeable card. Use one when you want a quick read on a specific topic, an event, or a team moment.

Where pulses live

Open Pulse under My Team in the left menu. Admins and managers can both open this page; only admins can create or edit pulses.

The page has three tabs:

• Managed Themes: the research-backed engagement themes Humareso configures and tracks for your organization.
• Custom Pulse: your organization's own questions, both single pulses and campaigns.
• Analytics: favorable responses broken down by location, team, group
