How to Add Participants to a Lead360 Cohort

This guide shows administrators how to add people to a Lead360 cohort that is already running. By the end, each person you add will have their own 360 in the cohort, and only they will receive a setup invitation.

Before You Begin

Check these before you start:

• Role. You must be an Administrator or have the Can Configure permission.
• An existing cohort. The cohort must already exist. You add people to it here; you cannot create a new cohort from this screen.
• Active users. Each person must already be an active user in Engage. People who are not in Engage
