Where to look
- Dashboard — the status card, your leave balances (protected weeks remaining per program), and an action-items card when something is waiting on you.
- My Cases — every case, filterable by Active / Closed.
- Your case page — a progress bar of the stages, your leave-window timeline, and tabs for Details, Actions, Messages, Documents, and Support.
- History — finished cases, with all letters and documents preserved.
Reading the status: stages like “Gathering case info” and “Determining eligibility” mean the leave team is working — nothing is needed from you. “Awaiting paperwork” means the ball is in your court. See Case statuses, explained for the full list.
You’ll also get an email whenever anything meaningful changes — approval, a new message, a reminder. You never need to check the portal “just in case.”
