How to upload documents on your leave case, follow paperwork reminders, and reach the leave team when you need help.

Most leave cases involve a little paperwork. The Humareso leave portal keeps your documents in one secure place on your case, so you always know what has been received and what is still needed.

This article explains how to upload and manage documents, how reminders work, and how to get in touch with the leave team.

Uploading documents to your case

Every case has its own documents section where you can keep paperwork together.

  1. Open the case detail for the leave you are working on.
  2. Go to the documents section.
  3. Upload the file the team has asked for.
  4. If you need to, you can also download a document or remove one you uploaded.

Keeping your paperwork attached to the right case helps the leave team review it quickly and keeps everything organized in one spot.

Following paperwork reminders

You do not have to remember every form on your own. The portal surfaces reminders for you.

  • The "Your Actions" feed on your dashboard lists document uploads and paperwork reminders that need your attention.
  • On the case itself, a next-step button points you to whatever is needed next.

When your case is in a step that is waiting on paperwork, these prompts make it clear what to do. Following them keeps your case moving without delay.

Secure document links

When the team asks for a document, you will receive a notification by email or text message, where that has been set up for your company. These messages guide you back to your case so you can upload securely.

For your protection, always return to your case in the portal to upload or review documents rather than sending sensitive files another way. Your documents live on the case, attached to your record, where the right people can see them.

Contacting the leave team

If you have a question about a form or anything else, the leave team is ready to help. Your dashboard includes a "Talk to your leave team" card to point you in the right direction.

How do I upload a document?

Open your case detail, go to the documents section, and upload the requested file. You can also download or remove documents from the same place.

Check the "Your Actions" feed on your dashboard and the next-step button on your case. Both highlight document uploads and paperwork reminders.

Is it safe to send documents?

Yes. Upload documents directly to your case in the portal, where they stay attached to your record. Avoid sending sensitive files through other channels.
