Preparing Your Feedback
Great feedback starts before the conversation. This lesson covers how to prepare your message so it lands effectively.
Use the SBI framework: Situation (when and where), Behavior (what you observed), and Impact (the effect it had). This structure keeps feedback specific and objective.
Before delivering feedback, check your intent. The goal should be to help the person improve, not to vent frustration or demonstrate authority.
