Giving Constructive Feedback
Lesson 3 of 4
Delivering Feedback Effectively
How you deliver feedback matters as much as what you say. This lesson covers timing, tone, and technique for maximum impact.
Choose a private setting for constructive feedback. Be direct but respectful. Start with the specific situation, describe the behavior you observed, and explain its impact.
After sharing your observation, pause and listen. Give the person space to respond, ask questions, and share their perspective. Feedback should be a dialogue, not a lecture.
