Following Up & Building a Feedback Culture
Feedback does not end when the conversation is over. This lesson covers follow-up strategies and how to build a culture where feedback flows freely.
After giving feedback, check in within a week to see how the person is progressing. Acknowledge improvements and offer additional support if needed.
To build a feedback culture, model the behavior you want to see. Ask for feedback yourself, share it publicly when appropriate, and celebrate growth.
