What does the down arrow next to a target mean?
The key result is a decreasing metric. Progress is measured from where it started down toward the target, so a lower number is better.
A key result set to Decrease to shows its target with a down arrow, for example 6.5 % / ↓ 4 %. Engage measures progress from the starting value down to the target: churn that started at 8%, targets 4% and now reads 6.5% is 38% of the way there.
If you did not enter a starting value, Engage takes the value the key result had when it was created.
