Recognizing a teammate from an MVP card

If your organization runs MVP recognition, an MVP card in your feedback deck asks who deserves recognition. Search for a teammate and select Recognize, or select Skip.

MVP cards give you a quick way to call out a teammate who went above and beyond. If your organization has MVP recognition turned on, an MVP card can appear in your weekly deck on the Feedback page.

Recognize a teammate

  1. Find the card marked Recognition. Its title is Recognize a Teammate unless your organization has written its own.
  2. Read the prompt. By default it asks who deserves recognition this week.
  3. Start typing in Search teammate… and choose the person from the list. Their name appears above the search box. Select the small × next to it to change your mind.
  4. Select Recognize (your organization may have renamed this button). It stays disabled until you choose someone.

Skip it

No one comes to mind this week? Select Skip. The card leaves your deck and nothing is sent.

What happens next

Your nomination is recorded for the MVP survey your organization is running. Admins see the results and decide how to celebrate the winners. Your name is recorded with your nomination, so unlike habit feedback, an MVP nomination is not anonymous.
