How do raffle tickets work?
If your organization runs a raffle, every completed feedback deck earns you tickets that enter you into a prize drawing. A full deck can also unlock a bonus wheel spin for extra tickets.
Some organizations add a prize raffle to Engage to thank people for giving feedback. If yours does, you see a ticket icon and your ticket count next to your points at the top of the page.
How do I earn tickets?
Tickets are a reward you receive every time you provide feedback. Each completed feedback deck earns you tickets while a raffle is running, on top of the points you earn for the same deck.
When you finish a full deck, you may see Spin The Bonus Wheel! on the completion screen. Select it, then select Spin the Wheel for the chance to win extra tickets.
What can I win?
Tickets automatically enter you into a drawing for the prize your organization has set. The completion screen tells you what the prize is. The more tickets you earn, the better your chances of winning.
When are the drawings?
Drawings happen automatically every few weeks. One ticket is drawn at random, so every ticket you hold is one more chance.
After a drawing, the winner receives an email, and Engage lets everyone else who took part know who won. Tickets then reset, and you start earning toward the next drawing as soon as you give feedback again.
Can I turn off raffle emails?
Yes. Select your name or avatar at the top right, choose Account Settings, and find Raffle results in the Recognition group of your notification settings.
Where can I learn more on the go?
On the feedback completion screen, select Learn More About Points and Tickets (or About Points and Tickets on a phone) for a quick refresher.
Do tickets affect my points?
No. Tickets and points are separate. Spending points in the shop never touches your tickets, and tickets are never deducted from your points. See How points work in Engage.
