Notifications
Go to Settings → Notifications. You’ll see a grid: notification groups (case messages, case status, reminders, compliance notices) down the side, channels across the top — Email, Push, SMS, and In app. Flip any toggle; changes save automatically.
- Compliance notices stay on by email — those are the legally required ones, so that toggle is locked.
- SMS needs a phone number on your profile; the page links you there if one is missing.
- Push works after you allow browser notifications (the toggle at the bottom of the sidebar).
Language / Idioma
The whole employee experience — including the request form — is available in English and Spanish. Use the language selector: it’s the pill at the top of the request form, and in the sidebar once you’re signed in. Todo el proceso está disponible en español.
