My Leave Account Is Deactivated
What it means when your Leave account is switched off, and how to get access back if you still need it.
An account is deactivated when access is switched off, often after someone leaves a company or no longer supports cases there. A deactivated account cannot sign in, and Leave does not turn it back on automatically.
What It Means
- You cannot sign in. You may not get a sign-in link, or you may see an error after signing in.
- Nothing is deleted. Cases and their history stay intact.
- Being added to a case does not turn it back on. If someone adds you to a case, you are not emailed a sign-in link while your account is switched off.
Get Access Back
- Email leave@humareso.com, or ask your HR team to contact the leave team.
- Say which company and case you need access for.
- The leave team confirms you should have access and sends you a fresh invitation.
Only Humareso can reactivate an account, and only after confirming the request.
Common Scenarios
- You are an employee on leave and cannot sign in. Your employer may have switched off your work email, not your Leave account. See How to Sign In with a Personal Email.
- You moved to a new company. Ask the leave team to set up access for your new role.
- You no longer need access. No action is needed.
