Can someone request leave on my behalf?

Yes. A family member, your manager, or HR at your employer can start a request for you at leave.humareso.com by choosing I'm helping someone else. You can also call or email the leave team and they will start the case.

What Happens Next

• The secure link comes to you. Leave emails a secure link to the work email they entered for you. Use it to sign in and follow your case.
• The case is yours. Updates go to you, not to the person who started it. Starting the request does not give them access to your case or your medical information.
• You get your own case number. Everything works the same as if you had started the request yourself.

Common Scenarios

• You did not get the link. Check your spam folder, then email leave@humareso.com.
• The dates they entered are rough. That is fine. You can refine them with your Leave Associate.
