How to Chat with the Leave Team

When live chat is available, a chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner of Leave. Use it to reach the leave team in real time.

Start a Chat

1. Sign in at leave.humareso.com.
2. Select the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner. On a phone, it sits just above the bottom menu bar.
3. Type your question and send it.

Because you are signed in, the leave team can see who you are and connect the chat to your case.

What You'll See

A chat window opens over the page. Replies from the leave team appear in the same window.

Common Scenarios

• You do not see a chat bubble. Chat may not be available right now. Use Send us a message in the sidebar, or email leave@humareso.com.
• No one answers right away. Leave the chat open or check back later. You can also use the support form. See How to Ask for Help with the Support Form.
• Your question is about documents or medical details. Use your case's Messages or Documents tab so it stays with your case.
