Who can update a key result?

• The objective's owner, creator and stakeholders.
• The key result's own owner, when one was assigned to that row.
• The owner's team manager and organization administrators.

Everyone else sees the values read-only. To let someone update, add them as a stakeholder or make them the owner of that key result.
