What is the Data Privacy Agreement in Engage?
Some organizations ask you to accept a Data Privacy Agreement before using Engage. It is your employer's privacy notice explaining what personal data Engage processes and why. You must accept it to continue.
If your organization uses one, a Data Privacy Agreement window appears when you sign in to Engage, before anything else.
It is your organization's privacy notice for Humareso. It explains:
- What personal data is collected through Engage and why it is used.
- Who the data may be shared with and whether it leaves your country.
- Your rights over your data, how long it is kept, and how it is protected.
- Who to contact with privacy questions.
What you can do:
- Select Accept to continue into Engage. You will see a confirmation that the agreement was accepted, and the window will not appear again.
- Select Decline to sign out. The agreement appears again the next time you sign in, and you cannot use Engage until you accept it.
If you have questions about the notice, use the contact details listed inside it, or ask your HR team. Humareso support cannot change your organization's privacy terms.
Not everyone sees this window. It only appears when your organization has turned it on.
