How to Try the New Case Page (Beta)

A new case page layout is available in beta for everyone who opens cases in Leave. It shows the same case and the same tools in a simpler layout. You can switch back to the classic page any time.

Switch to the New Page

1. Open any case.
2. At the top of the page, find the banner that says Try the new case page.
3. Select Try the new page.

The banner changes to You're using the new case page.

Switch Back to the Classic Page

1. Go to the case home page. The switch is not shown inside individual sections of the new page.
2. In the banner, select Back to the classic page.
3. Optionally, tell us what sent you back. Choose I couldn't find something, It takes more clicks, I prefer the classic page, or Something didn't work. Or select Skip.

What You'll See

The banner carries a Beta label. Your choice is remembered in your browser, so every case opens in the layout you picked.

Common Scenarios

• You switch to a new browser or device. Pick your layout again there.
• You cannot find a button on the new page. Everything from the classic page is there. If you still cannot find it, switch back and tell us with I couldn't find something.
• You see different things than a coworker. The layout never changes what you can access. What you see depends on your role on the case.
