Can I change my request after I submit it?

Yes. Anything can be corrected after submission through your case message thread. Submit first, then adjust details as they firm up.

Can I come back earlier than planned?

Yes. Just tell the leave team as soon as you know so your dates and any return requirements are updated.

Can I use my PTO during leave?

Often yes, and it may run alongside your protected leave to keep you paid. How PTO stacks with leave depends on your employer's policy, so confirm the details with your leave team.

Can I use the portal in Spanish?

Can someone request leave on my behalf?

Yes. A manager or HR contact can open a request for you, or you can call the leave team and they will start the case. You will still get your own case number and updates.

Do I need an account before I can request leave?

No. The request form works whether or not you have ever signed in. If you are signed in, your details fill in automatically.
