How should I interpret my feedback?

On your dashboard, you will see each of the habits you are receiving feedback about. For each habit, you will see a percentage number ranging from 0-100. This is the percentage of positive feedback you have received for each habit. Rather than thinking of this number as a grade in school, think of this number as a compass. It will show you when you are on track or when you need to get back on course
