My HR Portal at my.humareso.com is your home for working with the Humareso HR team. From one place you can open support tickets, store and organize documents, and track your HR audit progress.
This guide walks you through signing in and shows you what each part of the portal is for, so you know where to go when you need something.
Signing In
You sign in to My HR Portal through Humareso's secure sign-in service. Once you are signed in, what you see is scoped to your company, so you and your colleagues all work from the same shared view.
- Go to my.humareso.com.
- Sign in through the Humareso sign-in page.
- You arrive on your dashboard, the home of the portal.
Everyone at your company sees the same company information, including the same support tickets and the same files in the vault.
Your Dashboard
The dashboard greets you with a Welcome back message and your company name. It gives you a quick read on where things stand without digging into any one section.
You will find summary cards that show:
- The number of open tickets your company currently has.
- The number of files stored in your vault.
- Your HR Audit progress, shown as a percentage.
Below the cards, the dashboard lists your most recent tickets, so the latest five requests are always within reach. Quick links take you straight to each main section of the portal.
What Each Section Is For
The portal is organized into three main areas. Here is what each one does.
Support Tickets
The support area is where you ask the Humareso team for help. You can browse your company's requests, open a new ticket, and reply within the conversation thread. It keeps every request and its history in one place.
File Vault
The vault is secure storage for your company's documents. You can upload, organize, download, and remove files, sorted into categories so the right document is easy to find later.
HR Audit
The HR Audit area helps you track your audit progress, keep your company profile current, and supply the documentation Humareso needs. Access to this area depends on your permissions, so not everyone at your company will see it.
Where to Go Next
Now that you know the layout, pick the section that matches what you came to do. If you need help from the Humareso team, start in Support Tickets. If you need to share or find a document, head to the File Vault. If you are working through your audit, open the HR Audit area.
Why does my view look different from a colleague's?
Most of the portal is shared across everyone at your company, so tickets and vault files look the same for all of you. The HR Audit area is the exception; it requires a specific permission, so a colleague may see it when you do not, or the other way around.
Do I need a separate password for the portal?
You sign in through Humareso's central sign-in service, so you use the same Humareso credentials rather than a separate portal-only password.
