Who can see my medical details?
Who at Humareso and at your company can see medical detail on your leave case.
The Humareso leave team, plus the HR people at your company who are given full access to your case: the case's designated HR Partner and anyone attached to your case as an HR Admin. A manager or contact attached to your case sees only dates, status and approvals. Medical detail is removed before it reaches them.
