How can I find an employee in HTS?

To search for an employee, simply go to Configure on the left side menu. This will bring you to the Users sections of Configure where the entire list of employees in your company can be found.

Here you can type the name in the search bar in the top right. Note that you must select whether the employee is going to be found in the Active or Inactive section.
