As a manager, you set the tone for your team's relationship with work. This lesson covers how to model healthy habits and support team members who are struggling.
Model the behavior you want to see. If you send emails at midnight and skip vacations, your team will feel pressure to do the same regardless of what you say.
Check in regularly with your team about workload and well-being. Create space for honest conversations about capacity and make it safe to ask for help.
