Performance Reviews & Goal Setting

The platform makes it easy to conduct performance reviews and set goals for your direct reports. This lesson walks through the review workflow from start to finish.

Reviews can be initiated by HR or by you as a manager. You will complete your assessment, the employee completes a self-review, and then you meet to discuss both perspectives.

Goal setting is an ongoing process. Use the platform to set SMART goals, track progress, and document check-in conversations throughout the review period.
