Managing Users & Permissions

User management is one of the core admin functions. This lesson covers adding new users, editing profiles, managing permissions, and handling deactivations.

Users can be added individually or imported in bulk via CSV. Each user can be assigned one or more roles that determine their access level within the platform.

When an employee leaves the organization, you will deactivate their account rather than delete it, preserving historical data while revoking access.
