Your First 90 Days

The first 90 days are critical for setting the foundation of your success. This lesson outlines what to expect during your onboarding period and how your progress will be measured.

During weeks one and two, focus on learning your role, meeting your team, and completing all required training. By month two, you should be contributing to projects with guidance from your manager.

At the 90-day mark, you will have a formal check-in with your manager to review your progress, address any challenges, and set goals for the next quarter.
