Admin Platform Overview

By Jamie AquilaLast updated Jun 10, 2026

A tour of the Humareso Admin platform: what it covers, the surfaces it provides, and how role based access works.

The Humareso Admin platform is the central place to oversee how the Humareso products work together. It brings the organization directory, the user registry, group and location records, live platform health, and a compliance audit log into a single view. Administrators use it to understand the state of the platform rather than to manage day to day content inside any one product.

This overview explains what each major surface is for and how access works. It stays at the concept level so you know what the Admin platform represents before you sign in.

What the Admin platform is for

Admin is built for oversight across services. Instead of logging into each product separately, an administrator can see organizations, people, and system health together. The platform is primarily a Humareso staff tool, so the exact surfaces you see depend on your role.

The main areas are:

  • Dashboard. A live view of platform health across Humareso services, including latency and uptime, recent deployments, and real time metrics such as active users, signups, and errors. An event feed shows activity as it happens.
  • Organizations. The master directory of organizations, with each org's name, subdomain, logo, subscription status, and the services enabled for it. This is where org level configuration lives.
  • Users. A cross organization registry of people, with email, name, role, status, and last login. Each user has a detail view with an activity timeline and the services granted to them.
  • Groups and Locations. Team and department groupings alongside an office and site registry. These records are synced from Engage.
  • Audit. A compliance log of user actions across the platform, filterable so you can trace what happened, who did it, and when.

How access works

Access to the Admin platform is role based. You sign in through the shared Humareso authentication service at auth.humareso.com, and your session is tied to an admin token issued at sign in.

Roles in the user registry include superadmin, admin, manager, and user. The platform is primarily intended for Humareso staff, so what you can view and do depends on the role assigned to your account. Because access is scoped by role, two administrators may see different surfaces.

Working at the right altitude

Think of Admin as the map, not the territory. It tells you which organizations exist, which services they use, who their people are, and whether the platform is healthy right now. The detailed work inside a product, such as authoring content or running a feedback cycle, still happens in that product.

Where do I sign in?

Sign in through auth.humareso.com using your Humareso credentials. Your access to specific Admin surfaces follows the role on your account.

What does the Dashboard show?

It shows live platform health across Humareso services, including latency, uptime, recent deployments, and real time metrics such as active users, signups, and errors, plus an event feed of recent activity.

Why can another administrator see something I cannot?

Access is role based. The Admin platform is primarily a Humareso staff tool, and your role determines which surfaces and actions are available to you.
