Humareso is an award-winning HR firm that runs HR for growing companies and
builds the technology it runs on. John Baldino founded Humareso in 2012. The
company is headquartered in Vero Beach, Florida. It started in New Jersey and
keeps an office in Cherry Hill.

Humareso works in two arms. HRO (Human Resources Outsourced) is the people
work. HTS (Humareso Technology Solutions) is the platform work. A company can
use either arm on its own or both together.

## HRO: Human Resources Outsourced

HRO is a full HR department that operates as part of the client's team. The
client keeps its own EIN. Pricing is scoped to the functions the client
outsources: a base fee plus a per-employee fee.

## HTS: Humareso Technology Solutions

Humareso builds and supports its platforms in house. They share one employee
roster and one login, and a company can license them alone or alongside HRO.

- Engage: the employee engagement platform. Know your people before they
  walk. Weekly pulse surveys take under 60 seconds and reach frontline
  workers through kiosk mode and SMS. https://humareso.com/engage
  Pricing: Free for up to 10 users. Pro is $8 per user per month billed
  monthly, or $6 per user per month billed annually, with no minimum.
  Enterprise pricing comes from sales. SAML single sign-on is available on
  paid plans, not on Free.

  agencies send verification requests to Humareso instead of to the
