How to store complex Paycom login credentials in Keeper
Logging into Paycom is a lot more than just a username and password. Utilize Keeper's fields to automate login for any Paycom client.
About
Paycom provides the following fields that can be presented at any login:
- Company Code
- Username
- Password
- Security Question 1
- Security Question 2
- Security Question 3
- Security Question 4
- Security Question 5
Luckily, Keeper can tackle all 8 of those fields and automate them all. Here’s how to store each:
Setup
First, set up a normal login in Keeper:
All clients use the same website address from what I can tell:
https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/cl/cl-login.php
Next, add in the Client Code as a custom field:
- Press the + next to Custom Field and select Text
- Type the 5 letter Client Code into the box
- Edit the label to read Client Code
- This step is critical to have Keeper match the label with the field on the screen.
.
Finally, add in the 5 security questions:
- Press the + Custom Field and select Security Question & Answer
- Enter the security question and answer
- To reduce the amount of personal information shared, please use 5 separate pins.
- You can use Keeper to generate the pins.
- I recommend 6-8 digits per pin
- Do NOT reuse the pins here
- Do NOT reuse the pins for other Paycom accounts or clients.

Save the record and test the record to ensure it’s fully functional before sharing it with others.
Enjoy!
