How do I set up my Email Signature?

When it comes to our email signatures, we automate most of the process for you.

We generate and store an automated signature for the following platforms:

  • HubSpot
    • Personal Emails
    • Help Desk Emails
  • Microsoft
    • Outlook for Web
    • Outlook for Windows (New Edition)
  • iOS & Android
    • Outlook (App)*

*personal devices must be registered on Microsoft Intune

Our signatures are NOT automated on:

  • Outlook for Mac
  • Outlook from Windows (Old Edition)
  • Registered Personal Mobile Devices

We ask that if you prefer one of the systems we don't support, you manually maintain your signature. Please refer to the documentation of your email platform of choice to install your pre-generated signatures which can be found here: Humareso Team | Email SIgnatures | Microsoft Teams

Humareso requires email signatures to appear on all initial communications via email. Humareso ALSO requires all outbound emails be logged in HubSpot. 

Therefore, Humareso recommends the following email platforms for everyday use:

  • For Windows Users:
    1. Hubspot
    2. Outlook (New) with the Hubspot Plugin
    3. Outlook.com with the Hubspot Plugin
  • For Mac Users:
    1. HubSpot
    2. Outlook for Web with the Hubspot Plugin
